A qualitative study of the conceptions of time and foresight in public policy orientations to wicked problems.  It is positioned as a first step to develop a deeper understanding of the ways in which policy practitioners understand time and how these understandings may influence the practice of foresight and future studies within public policy agencies as well as potential implications for practitioner learning and education.
