This week the Faculty of Education is proud to host Professor Simone White presenting a new approach to the Innovation in Education Faculty Seminar series.

You are encouraged to bring your computer to the seminar rooms, or log on from your workstation to the virtual room at http://mufoed.adobeconnect.com/researchseminar/ at 1pm to participate. Simone will be based at Gippsland campus. All are welcome.

“Would you like to learn more about research informed practice and making an impact? Would you like to learn more about linking your teaching and research with the National Graduate Standards? Would you just like a change of pace and an opportunity to participate in an interactive seminar with your colleagues across campuses? You would? Well….then bring your computer and grab a colleague and come along for a slightly different approach to a research seminar.” 

Professor Simone White is Associate Dean of Education at Monash University, Gippsland campus. Her research focus is on rural and regional teacher education curriculum, early career teachers in diverse settings, teacher professional learning and university-school/community partnerships.
